2 Minute Fudge

#1

On the first day of Christmas treats I share with you my Grandpa's  fudge!  He used to make this every time he came to our house.  Super easy, the best you will ever have!

Ingredients:

18 oz (3cups) chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi sweet)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Line a 9x12 pan with wax paper.  Place chocolate chips and milk in microwaveable bowl on high for 1 min.  Stir, then add for 1 more min.  Stir and cook for 10 seconds at a time until completely melted but not burned.  Add sugar and vanilla, stir completely.  Stir in nuts (if desired)  Put into pan immediately.  Cool in refrigerator, about 1 1/2 hours.  Store tightly covered in a cool place up to 2 weeks.

When cool, cut into 1 in cubes or use 1 in cookie cutters for a cute decorative treat!

It doesn't get much easier than that!!!
