Frozen Berry Cheesecake Bars/Pie
1 Package (24 oz.) Jell-O No Bake Cherry or Strawberry Cheesecake mix
2 Tb sugar
6 Tb butter or margarine, melted
1 Tb water
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) Whipped topping, thawed
MIX crumbs, sugar, butter and water thoroughly with fork in pie plate or cake pan until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly against sides of pie tin or bottom of pan.
BEAT milk and filling mix in medium bowl with mixer on low speed until blended then on medium speed about 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Fold in Fruit Topping with spatula. Spoon into crust.
FREEZE 6 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temp. or in refrigerator 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily for serving. Store leftover in fridge.
* I didn't put fast on this recipe just because of the freezing time, but it was way easy to make! The recipe makes it for a pie, but I made it into bars in a cake pan for Emery's baptism cause I figured it would go farther.

I've made this tons of times! It is so yummy, and very easy. A beautiful dish to serve at a gathering.
