Italian Crock Pot Chicken
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 Cup Milk
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional, I dont use them)
In crock pot mix Soup mix, Cream Cheese, Italian seasoning, and Milk until well blended.
Add in chicken breasts and push down into sauce mixture until covered.
Cook on medium for 6-7 hours. Chicken will be so so tender! Yummy!
Serve over Cooked Rice or Noodles, whichever you prefer.
