Easy Chicken Bake

1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1-1/2 lb bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces (pre-cooked in skillet)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside.
Mix pre-cooked chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a 13x9 inch baking dish; top with stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (I pre-cook the chicken because I find that it doesn't get done all the way by the time the rest of the food is cooked.)
