This has been requested by lots of people! It is the Yummiest treat ever!!!Ingredients:
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c crushed graham crackers
1/4 tsp salt
3 1.55 oz chocolate bars
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
Directions:
Grease 8' baking pan.
In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add grraham crackers, flour, salt and baking powder. Beat until well mixed.
Spoon 1/2 dough into pan and spread evenly. Break chocolate bars into pieces and arrange over dough. Spread layer of marshmallow over chocolate. Flatten remaining dough into pancakes and lay them over marshmallow.
Bake 30 min until golden brown. 350*
