Grilled quesadillas

I finally came up with a quesadilla recipe that is just as good or better than a restaurant! And it is so easy it's not even funny. I don't know why it took me this long to think of it!

Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts
1 pkg taco seasoning
sliced olives, mushrooms, chopped green peppers, chopped green onions (what ever you like)
shredded mozzarella cheese
flour tortillas
sour cream
salsa
guacamole

Directions:
Rinse chicken and put in ziploc bag. Add pkg of taco seasoning, (just like shake-n bake) make sure it covers all of the chicken. Grill chicken and then chop or shred.

Butter one side of each tortilla. Place on the grill (on low) butter side down. Add chicken, cheese, olives, mushrooms, onions etc. Place a tortilla on top (butterside up) When cheese is melted, flip quesadilla over and grill other side.

Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole!

It was kinda scarry thinking the tortilla was going to burn or everything was going to fall out. But it won't! We all loved it!! I even saved some and had as leftovers and they were still delish!!

(sorry if this is really confusing, I obviously can't write recipes)
