Another hit at my house - YUM!
This was actually quite spicy, so if you don't like really spicy food, just use a mild salsa or enchilada sauce.

1 pkg frozen beef ravioli (25 oz)
1 can enchilada sauce
1 jar salsa
2 c. shredded monterey/colby jack cheese
black olives

Cook ravioli according to directions on pkg. Meanwhile, in large skillet combine enchilada sauce & salsa.
Cook & stir over med heat until heated. Drain ravioli - add to sauce. Stir to coat.
Top with cheese & olives.
Cover & cook over low heat 3-4 min. or until cheese is melted.
