This recipe is a staple in our house, pretty much anytime we want pasta. It's super easy & usually the only thing I need to buy is mushrooms.

6 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
Green pepper, diced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 tsp minced garlic

(I pretty much just throw in enough peppers, mushrooms, & onions until it looks good - I don't even measure them)

Put chicken in crock pot (I put mine in frozen) Top with spaghetti sauce, vegetables & garlic.

Cover, cook on low until chicken is done. (I shred mine up, or you can leave them whole)
Serve with pasta.
