Taco Soup


Taco Soup

Ingredients:

2 cans pinto beans undrained
1 can kidney beans undrained
1 can corn undrained
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can tomatoes & chilies (Rotell)
1 can diced green chilies
1/4 cup sliced black olives (if desired)
1 pkg taco seasoning (about 2 Tbsp)
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 small onion diced
1 lb ground beef

Directions:

Brown meat and onions.  Drain and add to crockpot.

Sprinkle both seasoning packets on meat.  Add beans, corn, tomatoes, chilies and olives. 

Stir

In crock pot cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.

Top with cheese, sour cream and serve with or over tortilla chips!
